so, our third-born is now 5 - which is good news for both of us because he starts kindergarten in the fall (and did i mention we have all-day kindergarten here in mn??) he had lots of his friends over for some trampoline jumping, bubble blowing, balloon volleyball, cake and ice cream and a lot of fun!
of course, he had to start his special day with the traditional breakfast in bed.
then he got his first birthday present. "mom! dad! this is the coolest bike ever!!!!"

The cake turned out great! It looked just like grass. Brynn had a great time. I'm glad that her skirt had shorts underneath in that picture, though!
